Jana Kramer, an actor and singer-songwriter who specializes in country pop music and songwriting rose to prominence on television after she was cast as Alex in the last three seasons on One Tree Hill. The first three albums she released as a country singer included in episodes of the show that helped her debut album, titled "Eponymous," to make it into the Top 20 of the Billboard 200. Her follow-up 2015's Thirty One reached the Top Ten. Her decade culminated with performances on Dancing with the Stars. The self-doubting Voices was released in 2021. Jana Rae Kramer began acting in 2002, while she was a young teenager. Born in Rochester Hills Michigan Jana Rae Kramer has a background in the country genre. After appearing as a guest on All My Children or CSI: NY, Kramer landed Noelle Davenport's role as a regular in NBC Friday Night Lights in the second season of 2007-2008. Kramer then appeared as Portia ranson on 90210 from 2008 until 2009 and Brooke Manning in Entourage in the year 2009. Kramer was added to the cast of CW One Tree Hill in 2009 in the role of Alex Dupre, and she continued to appear until the finale in 2012, which was half way in. Jana Kramer During her run on the show Kramer was signed to a contract as a singer for her record label Elektra Records and debuted the modern country song I Won't Give Up on an episode in 2011 on One Tree Hill. It was later included in Jana Kramer, her debut album that debuted in 2012. It landed in the Top Five of the Billboard Top Country Albums chart. She continued to act in movies such as Heart of the Country 2013 or Country Crush 2016 which would be appealing to her fanbase. Kramer's second album Thirty One, was released through Warner Music Nashville by Kramer in October of 2015. Alongside her Top Five country hit I Got the Boy as well as the duet she did featuring Steven Tyler of Aerosmith it did even better, reaching the top spot of three on the country album chart, and tenth in the Billboard 200. Two months on Dancing with the Stars 23rd edition ended with her finishing in fourth place. The singer also had a hit for adult contemporary by singing the track Feels Like Christmas, featuring Straight No Chaser.
